Managing Your Inbox
Your MYZO Inbox is the central location for all messages received through your profile contact form. This guide explains how to access your inbox, read and organize messages, and maintain an efficient message management workflow.
Accessing Your Inbox
To access your inbox:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on Inbox in the navigation menu
Your inbox displays all messages submitted through your contact form.
Inbox Overview
The inbox interface shows the following information for each message:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Sender name | The name the visitor provided |
| Subject | The subject line (if provided) |
| Date received | When the message was submitted |
| Status indicator | Unread or read status |
| Preview | First few lines of message content |
Messages are typically sorted with the newest at the top.
Reading Messages
To read a message, click on it in your inbox list. The message detail view shows:
Message Details
| Field | Information |
|---|---|
| Name | Full name of the sender |
| Email address for reply | |
| Phone | Phone number (if provided) |
| Subject | Subject line (if provided) |
| Message | Complete message content |
| Date and time | When the message was received |
Use this information to understand the inquiry and prepare your response.
Understanding Message Status
Messages can have different status indicators:
| Status | Appearance | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Unread | Bold text, indicator dot | New message not yet opened |
| Read | Normal text | Message has been viewed |
| Archived | In archive folder | Message moved to archive |
Status helps you track which messages need attention.
Replying to Messages
To respond to a contact form message:
- Open the message to view full details
- Click the sender's email address
- Your default email client opens
- A new email is pre-addressed to the sender
- Write your reply and send
Important Notes About Replies
- Replies go through your email client, not MYZO
- The sender will see your email address when you reply
- Consider using a professional email for responses
- MYZO does not track your reply status
Archiving Messages
Archiving moves messages out of your main inbox without deleting them.
How to Archive
- Open the message or select it from the list
- Click the Archive button
- The message moves to your archived folder
Accessing Archived Messages
- Click on the Archive tab or filter
- All archived messages appear in this view
- You can move messages back to inbox if needed
Archiving is useful for messages you have handled but want to keep for reference.
Deleting Messages
To permanently remove a message:

- Click the Delete button
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Important Warning
Deleted messages cannot be recovered. Only delete messages you are certain you no longer need.
Use archiving instead of deletion when you might need to reference the message later.
