Changing Your Password

Keeping your password secure protects your MYZO account from unauthorized access. This guide explains how to change your password and best practices for account security.

How to Change Your Password

Follow these steps to change your password:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click Settings in the sidebar
  3. Click the Security tab
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter your new password
  6. Enter your new password again to confirm
  7. Click Update Password

A success message confirms your password has been changed. You remain logged in with your new password.

Password Requirements

Your password must meet these requirements:

Stronger passwords are more difficult for others to guess.

Creating a Strong Password

Follow these recommendations for a secure password:

Do

  • Use at least 12 characters when possible
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Add numbers and special characters
  • Use a unique password not used on other websites
  • Consider using a password manager

Do Not

  • Use common words or phrases
  • Include personal information like birthdays
  • Use sequences like 123456 or abcdef
  • Share your password with anyone
  • Write your password where others can see it

If You Forgot Your Password

If you cannot log in because you forgot your password:

  1. Go to the MYZO login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for reset instructions
  5. Click the link in the email
  6. Create a new password

The reset link expires after a limited time for security reasons.

  • Change your password every few months
  • Change immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Update after using shared or public computers

Safe Login Habits

  • Always log out on shared devices
  • Do not save passwords on public computers

Watch for signs of unauthorized access:
