Customizing Color Schemes

What are color schemes?

Color schemes let you customize the colors of your profile beyond the default template colors. You can create a unique look that matches your personal brand.

Accessing color customization

  1. Go to Dashboard > Templates
  2. Select a template
  3. Look for "Customize Colors" or "Color Scheme" option
  4. Choose from preset schemes or create custom colors

Available color options

Depending on the template, you can customize:

  • Primary Color - Main accent color for buttons, links, highlights
  • Secondary Color - Supporting color for backgrounds, borders
  • Background Color - Overall page or card background
  • Text Color - Color of your profile text
  • Link Color - Color of clickable elements

Templates come with preset color schemes:

Creating custom colors

If you want specific colors:

  1. Click "Custom" color option
  2. Use the color picker or enter hex codes
  3. Preview your changes
  4. Save when satisfied

Use hex color codes like:

  • #FF5733 - Orange
  • #3498DB - Blue
  • #2ECC71 - Green
  • #1A1A1A - Near black

Color accessibility tips

When choosing colors:

  • Contrast matters - Ensure text is readable against backgrounds

Resetting colors

To go back to default template colors:

  1. Go to color customization
  2. Click "Reset to Default"
  3. Original template colors are restored
