Dashboard Loading Slowly

If your MYZO dashboard is loading slowly, there are several possible causes and solutions. This guide helps you optimize your experience.

Check Your Internet Connection

Slow internet directly affects loading times. Test your connection:

  1. Visit speedtest.net to check your speed
  2. Compare results to your normal speed
  3. Restart your router if speeds are unusually slow

Clear Browser Cache

Cached data can cause performance issues over time.

To clear your cache:

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac)
  2. Select Cached images and files
  3. Click Clear data
  4. Reload the dashboard
