Forgot My Password
If you cannot remember your MYZO password, you can reset it using your email address. This guide explains the password reset process step by step.
Password Reset Process
Follow these steps to reset your password:
- Go to the MYZO login page
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter the email address you used to create your account
- Click Send Reset Link
- Check your email inbox
- Open the email from MYZO
- Click the reset link in the email
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click Reset Password
- Log in with your new password
Check Your Spam Folder
If you do not see the reset email in your inbox:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Check any email filters you may have set up
- Add our email address to your contacts
- Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive
- Try sending the reset link again
Reset Link Expired
Password reset links expire after a limited time for security reasons.
If your link has expired:
- Go back to the login page
- Click Forgot Password again
- Request a new reset link
- Use the new link immediately
Do not wait too long before using the reset link.
Cannot Access Your Email
If you cannot access the email address you used to register:
- Try to recover your email account first
- Check if you used a different email address
- Contact MYZO support for manual verification
Tips for Your New Password
When creating your new password:
- Use at least 8 characters
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Add numbers and special characters
- Choose a password you do not use elsewhere
- Consider using a password manager
After Resetting Your Password
Once you have reset your password:
- Log in with your new password
- Consider enabling additional security features if available
- Update your password in any password manager you use
