Understanding Your Analytics

Analytics help you understand how people interact with your MYZO profile. This guide explains what metrics are tracked and how to use this data to improve your profile.

Accessing Your Analytics

To view your analytics:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click Analytics in the sidebar navigation
  3. Your analytics dashboard displays

The analytics page shows your profile performance over time.

Key Metrics Tracked

MYZO tracks three main types of engagement:

Profile Views

Profile views show how many times your profile page has been visited:

Views TodayProfile views in the last 24 hours
Views This WeekProfile views in the last 7 days
Views This MonthProfile views in the last 30 days

Each time someone loads your profile page, it counts as one view.

Link Clicks

Link clicks show how many times visitors clicked your links:

  • Includes all link types (contact, social, custom)
  • Shows which links are most popular
  • Helps you understand what visitors want

Every click on any link is recorded, regardless of link type.

QR Code Scans

QR code scans track how many times your QR code has been scanned:

  • Useful for tracking offline sharing
  • Shows effectiveness of printed materials
  • Helps measure event networking success

Viewing Different Time Periods

You can view analytics for different time ranges:

  • Last 7 days: Recent activity and trends
  • Last 30 days: Monthly performance overview
  • Last 90 days: Longer-term patterns (Pro feature)

Select the time period that best matches what you want to analyze.

Charts and Visualizations

Your analytics include visual representations:

Profile Views Chart

A line chart showing views over time. This helps you:

  • Identify trends (growing or declining)
  • See spikes in activity
  • Correlate views with sharing activities

Engagement Overview

An area chart showing overall engagement. This displays:

  • Combined metrics over time
  • Patterns in visitor behavior
  • Peak engagement periods

Top Performing Links

A table showing your best links. This lists:

  • Link titles ranked by clicks
  • Number of clicks per link
  • Which content resonates most

Analytics help you make better decisions about your profile:

Optimize Link Placement

  • Move popular links higher on your profile
  • Consider highlighting top performers
  • Remove or update links with no clicks

No Data Yet?

If your analytics show no data:

  • Your profile may be new
  • You may not have had visitors yet
  • Your profile may be set to private

To start collecting data:

  1. Make sure your profile is set to public
  2. Share your profile link
  3. Distribute your QR code
  4. Wait for visitors to engage
