Reordering Links
Reordering links lets you control how your MYZO profile appears to visitors. This guide explains how to arrange your links for maximum impact.
Understanding Link Order
The order of your links matters. Visitors typically look at links from top to bottom. Links at the top receive more attention and more clicks. By arranging your links strategically, you can guide visitors to your most important content.
How to Reorder Links
MYZO uses drag and drop to reorder links. Follow these steps:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Navigate to the Profile section
- Find the link you want to move
- Click and hold the grip handle (the dots on the left side)
- Drag the link to its new position
- Release to drop it in place
The new order saves automatically. You do not need to click a save button.
What You Can Reorder
You can reorder links within each section:
| Section | What You Can Reorder |
|---|---|
| Contact Links | Email, phone, website, address |
| Social Links | All social media profiles |
| Custom Links | All custom URLs |
| Widgets | All active widgets |
Links can only be reordered within their own section. You cannot move a contact link to the social links section.
How Order Appears on Your Profile
The order you set in your dashboard is exactly how links appear on your public profile. What you see in the dashboard matches what visitors see.
Strategies for Link Ordering
Put Important Links First
Your most important links should be at the top of each section. Consider:
- What do you want visitors to click most?
- What generates the most value for you?
- What are visitors looking for?
Group Related Links Together
If you have multiple links about similar topics, keep them together:
- All your social media profiles in order of activity
- All your portfolio pieces grouped together
- Related resources near each other
Consider User Behavior
Think about how visitors use your profile:
- Most visitors scan quickly
- They may not scroll to see everything
- Top links get the most attention
Use Data to Decide
Check your analytics to see which links perform best:
- Move high-performing links higher
- Consider removing links with zero clicks
- Test different orders to see what works
