Step-by-Step Instructions

- Look for the Contact or Message button
- Click the button to test the form opens correctly
- Optionally submit a test message to yourself
If the button does not appear, verify you saved your settings and have a Pro or Business subscription.
What Happens When Enabled
Once you enable the contact form, the following changes occur:
| Change | Description |
|---|---|
| Button appears | A Contact or Message button displays on your profile |
| Form modal available | Clicking the button opens a form overlay |
| Inbox activated | Your Dashboard Inbox receives messages |
| Notifications active | You may receive email alerts for new messages |
These features work together to create a complete messaging system.
What Visitors Experience
When visitors click your contact button, they see a form with these fields:
Form Fields
| Field | Type | Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Text input | Required |
| Email input | Required | |
| Phone | Phone input | Optional |
| Subject | Text input | Optional |
| Message | Text area | Required |
Visitors must complete the required fields before submitting. After submission, they see a confirmation message.
Form Customization Options
Currently, the MYZO contact form uses a standard format. The following customizations are not available:
- Adding custom fields

Future platform updates may include additional customization options.
Disabling the Contact Form
To turn off the contact form:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Navigate to Settings or Profile section
- Find the Enable Contact Form toggle
- Turn the toggle OFF
- Click Save to apply your changes
What Happens When Disabled
