Tracking QR Code Scans
When someone scans your QR code and visits your profile, MYZO records it:
- Scans appear in your analytics
- Listed separately from other traffic sources
- Helps you measure offline sharing effectiveness
Check your analytics to see how many people scan your QR code.
Troubleshooting QR Codes
QR Code Not Scanning
If people cannot scan your QR code:
- Ensure the code is large enough
- Check that there is enough contrast
- Verify the surface is flat and clean
- Make sure lighting is adequate
QR Code Links to Wrong Page
Your QR code always links to your profile URL. If the page is wrong:
- Make sure your profile is set to public
- Check that you downloaded the correct QR code
- Regenerate the QR code if needed
