Adding Contact Information

Contact links make it easy for visitors to reach you directly from your MYZO profile. This guide explains how to add, edit, and manage your contact information effectively.

Understanding Contact Links

Contact links are special links that trigger specific actions when clicked. For example, an email link opens the visitor's email application, while a phone link initiates a call. These links provide a seamless way for people to connect with you.

Best Practices for Contact Links

Follow these recommendations for the best results:

  • Add multiple ways to contact you: Give visitors options
  • Put preferred contact method first: Your most important contact should be at the top
  • Keep information current: Update links when your contact details change
  • Test all links: Verify that email, phone, and website links work correctly
  • Consider privacy: Only share information you are comfortable making public

Troubleshooting Contact Links

If your contact links are not working:

  • Email not opening: Make sure the format is correct (no spaces or special characters)
  • Phone not calling: Check that the phone number format is correct with country code
  • Website showing error: Verify the URL includes https:// and the site is online
  • Address not found: Try simplifying the address or using coordinates
