Highlighting Important Links
Highlighting makes your most important links stand out at the top of your MYZO profile. This guide explains how to use the highlight feature effectively.
Understanding Highlights
Highlighted links appear in a special Highlights section at the very top of your public profile. This section is the first thing visitors see after your basic information. Highlights are visually prominent and draw attention to your most important content.
How Highlights Work
When you highlight a link:
- The link appears in the Highlights section at the top of your profile
- The link also remains in its original section (Contact, Social, or Custom)
- Visitors can find the link in both places
- The star icon turns gold to indicate the link is highlighted
This dual placement ensures visitors notice your important content.
Highlight Limit
You can have a maximum of 2 highlighted links at any time. This limit exists for good reasons:
- Focus: Too many highlights would reduce their impact
- Clarity: Visitors can quickly identify your priorities
- Design: The layout looks best with 1-2 highlights
If you try to add a third highlight, you must first remove an existing one.
How to Highlight a Link
Follow these steps to highlight any link:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Navigate to the Profile section
- Find the link you want to highlight (in Contact, Social, or Custom tabs)
- Click the star icon next to the link
- The star turns gold and the link is now highlighted
The change takes effect immediately on your public profile.

Examples of Good Highlight Choices

| Creator | Latest content and social platform |
| Business Owner | Product page and contact form |

How to Remove a Highlight
To remove a link from the Highlights section:
- Find the highlighted link (it has a gold star)
- Click the star icon again
- The star returns to gray and the link is removed from Highlights
Removing a highlight does not delete the link. The link remains in its original section.
Highlight Display on Your Profile
On your public profile, highlights display as:
- Prominent placement: At the top of your profile
- Visual emphasis: Larger buttons or cards (depends on template)
- Clear labels: Visitors can easily click them
- Consistent styling: Matches your template design
The exact appearance varies based on your selected template.

- Choose strategically: Highlight links that match your goals
- Update regularly: Change highlights when your priorities change
